Fabio Zago Recipe: Hummus
Ingredients for 4:
400 grams of boiled chickpeas
juice 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
80 ml of extra virgin olive oil salt
chili
tahini to taste
bread toasted
Preparation:
Mash the chickpeas with a little water, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, to taste, tahini.
Spread on grilled toast. Serve.
Time of creation: 10 min
Tip: The recipe will be more flavorful if prepared with dried chickpeas soaked overnight in water left and then boiled in water flavored with rosemary, bay leaves and cloves.
