Recipe: Sea bass with leeks and tomato sauce

Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: Average

Ingredients for 4:
- a bass from
800-1000 gr - 200 gr leek
- 120 grams of red tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic

Preparation:
Cut the leeks in julienne, sauté with butter, then add white wine evaporate. Reduce the tomatoes in layers in pan and cook, pour the white wine, add the fish stock and continue cooking.
